Managers are efficient, quick to respond, and professional. Better than any other HOA manager I have experienced in the Vail Valley. Leadership attends social events within the communities they manage and care about the homeowners they serve. Thanks Bold!

Very disappointed in how Bold has managed our HOA. It’s gone steadily downhill since they have taken over.
I have been lied to countless times and want to inform anyone reading this of how arrogant and irresponsible Bold is according to my interactions. Be aware of the lies they will try to spread and the lack of value they provide. They’re the most disorganized, disappointing organization and it consistently shows.
