I have done my research and I am pretty sure that this company is the one supposedly managing the property I stay at. I must say that this is the worst management I have ever seen. First off they do not respond to work requests in any type of a acceptable time frame. I have lived here for 5 yrs and while they are rather new to our community due to the property has been sold 3 or 4 times in this time frame, they have been the managers for a little over a year. THIS COMPANY IS SCUMMY. Do not trust them with your money! They are thieves! They wont give me my deposit back, they may have blocked my phone number and their rules are absurd. Very unprofessional and grimey. DONT FALL FOR IT.
Horrible horrible horrible. Stay away they steal application money. Never ran my credit and they also bought out my old building and it's been more than 30 days no deposit back either. Then they try to respond to reviews that people are lying. How UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish they respond to me with their lies. I would slap them with a lawsuit they won't know what hit them. BBB next step. What do I have to do to get my money back. Probably post everywhere to make the community aware of thieves.
