Recently I met with Bold Property and was looking at purchasing a house. While that didn’t go through due to my decision, I had an amazing experience with Bold Property esp Lucky Dhiman. Lucky not only did what was good for his business he prioritised me as a client and went above and beyond with his words and actions. Not the greatest experience, unprofessional agents, was told 90 day settlement or earlier instead buyers asked for 3 extensions. Agent kept calling me after commission was paid asking for us to adjust price of contract for buyer and to give extensions on settlement. He needed to be reminded who his clients were as we felt like he was doing all he could to help the buyers instead. Think twice before doing any buying, selling with Lucky.
Not a good experience buying our first home.On the settlement date, keys were handed like just buying rental property, not even on the nice box. Worst experience ever . House was not cleaned when handed over . Would not buy next time .
