The staff is not friendly at all. The only friendly person working there was one of the men. I also emailed the owner (Mike) about 10–14 days in advance to cancel my membership. He told me I would still be charged for the upcoming month because I had missed the cancellation deadline, but he said he would see what he could do. Days went by, and I never heard back from him. My experience at Bold Gym was disappointing overall. One of the biggest issues was that equipment was frequently broken, and repairs seemed to take far too long. It became frustrating not knowing whether the machines I needed would actually be available. I also didn't feel comfortable with the atmosphere.
