I tried working with Stefania Rovera to see an apartment. We didn't even get past the email stage. She gave one word answers to questions and told me to look in another city to find my needs. Was petty and adolescent in subsequent message when I explained I'm from this city and now what I'm looking for. Sorry excuse for a service professional. Will be making a direct complaint when the office reopens.
Stefania Rovera was a delight to work with—she replied to texts and emails quickly, had answers to all my questions when I checked out a north Brooklyn apartment, and very quickly found out about improvements that a landlord was willing to make. Appreciate the professionalism!
