Amazing food, I would say as just advice that you should try roasting or cooking the sweet potatoes for less time so they retain their softness as at times they are more rigid and hard to chew. Other than that, amazing healthy food and the staff are very nice.
Great bowl with healthy options to suit any taste
Bolay is hands down my fav bowl place in Tampa. The food is generous and the flavors are amazing. I luv the black rice and I luv the sauce! Family meals are also the way to go as it can relief the stress of dinner prep and everyone’s happy plus it last 2 days!
Bolay rocks! This location was so clean and the workers were so friendly. We sat down to eat and one of their workers went out of their way to bring us all waters
