I love Bolay!! I've been to your Northlake and Wellington locations. This is a great concept where ALL your choices are healthy and so delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful and work well together. I hope you open a restaurant near Palm City. I think you would do well in this area.

Very Nice service, fresh, tasty filling reasonable price always wanting to eat healthy
I liked it more before when they had the goat cheese. Without it, I might as well go across the street to Fresh Kitchen instead.
