I was once a huge fan but as time has gone on quality has diminished. The flavors just aren’t there and food is always cold. I even received raw pork recently! For $12 a bowl i would hope to at least get hot food.

Which never happens. I called and the manager answered and I asked if I could come pick them up. He was SO apologetic and offered my sides plus two cookies, two drinks and a free bowl for next time.
