I felt supported and well informed at every step of the transaction. I found Ashleigh to be a great communicator, a master negotiator and overall a huge advocate for her client’s best interest.
Beware of this scandalous realtor. The owner, Ashleigh, advised her client to steal the staging furniture from a home we sold because the stager didn't get it all out in time for closing. We are now proceeding with legal counsel to try and get the furniture back for the poor woman that owns the staging company. I'm utterly shocked at how dishonest Ashleigh Bolar is conducting business. It makes a bad name for all realtors.
