Be honest and inform customers that you're illegally charging for their prescriptions, while you push paperwork on them to sign called a refraction fee, that explains it is for an eye TEST and not a charge for a eye prescription. And when you use this refraction fee consent as your reasoning to refuse a refund you're hiding behind your confusing legal paperwork. Keep in mind that, when you explain why you charge this refraction fee and at the same time SAY you must pay for the prescription. That IS 'saying' two separate thin... read more
Dr. Boland is wonderful, and so is his staff. I recently had cataract surgery, the first surgery I've ever had. Dr. Boland and his staff were friendly and reassuring. I highly recommend this office!
his office has such a warm and friendly atmosphere they're very skilled and what they do you don't have to go to a whole lot of places to have test done they do it all right there in the office and if you're diabetic you really need to go to his office I'm a diabetic type 1 I don't have diabetic eye problems either I highly recommended my friends my family anyone I know in Georgia please see dr.
