Over a couple years of occasionally ordering graco parts and having pumps rebuild, I've yet to call in during a time when there system has been "up." They bought out a locally owned and operated shop years ago to expand to the area, the level of service continues to pale in comparison.
Wasted my time for 5 weeks. Dropped my machine off, says will take two week to repair. During which time I emailed to get status update and received no reply. I finally got through to them yesterday and all they have to say is that they are still waiting on parts which may be another 3 weeks. And no one bothered to even call or message me? If I took it to any other repair shops I would have had my machine repaired already. For a company that puts the word "service" in they moto, sure is a disappointment.
