I’ve been going to Bola on and off for over four years, so it’s disappointing that I have to leave this review. I recently booked an appointment for boho knotless braids and specifically asked her to leave my edges out. Unfortunately, she left out far too much hair, and it was noticeably uneven from one side to the other. The appointment lasted about five hours and took place in her garage with no air conditioning. I received excellent service and customer care while from the moment I made the appointment until the time I left. This is a professional and Spirit-filled establishment. Rita did an awesome job on my hair. I will be back when I am in the area.
THE worst customer service. Their hours are all over the place. Three different places show 3 different times. My daughter and myself made appointments and they never showed for either, even after repeated confirmation text messages from them. Must be automated. Waste of time.
Very pleased with my cornrows. Needed to get them done last minute and she took me in.
