Had a terrible experience at this salon a couple of weeks ago. Bola - the owner was rude, condescending, unpleasant, and impatient. Had been coming here for months, but decided to stop due to the unprofessionalism. Decided to return due to an emergency (hair stylist cancelled at last minute). Great experience with Bola Braids so far. First time I went, I was able to secure a last minute 12pm appointment reserving only hours beforehand. They also provided all braiding hair and both synthetic and human options for my boho additions. Very straightforward and professional. Will definitely be booking more
