Using detailed instructions provided by Bokrosh Studio I shipped to them a severely damaged, large and unwieldy Murano “sculpture”. Despite fearing that it was un-salvageable, Bokrosh returned it to me in like-new condition. The craftsmanship was amazing. I highly recommend this studio for all of your decorative glass needs.
I needed to repair a large, partially shattered, high-end crystal artistic display. I was so impressed with their ability to restore this. The artistry is amazing! Well, now I know where to go should anything like this ever happen again!
Michael is not only a master at what he does, but he is as good as it gets when it comes to customer service. I needed a Venetian glass mirror repaired and he did an absolutely flawless job. He also provided me with updates at every step along the way and kept me informed about the process. I can’t recommend him enough!
Unfortunately, Michael was not able to repair my piece, but I will say that he went above and beyond in trying to help me. He actually gave me some great ideas for some alternate solutions... Much appreciated
