Drew and the guys at Nucar are great. Did my oil change and completed some recalls. Couldn’t be happier with the service that i received!!
Service department has really tanked. Takes multiple trips to get anything repaired. They NEVER call you when the car is ready. They NEVER call you when your parts are in. Really sad as they WERE very good.

Nucar is awesome! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and they take great care of their customers! I am a true fan of Nucar of St Albans and definitely recommend!
I stand by what I said and have all the email and text correspondence in which Shelby advises they did not tell me the car I wanted she could not get and FRAUDULENTLY ran my credit for a car I did not authorize. You can try to backpedal all you want - you’re just proving that you’re trying to cover your mistakes up.
