Best Deal EVER!
I’m going to try and make this brief, but there are some things about this dealership that I wasn’t a fan of after having dealt with a lot of dealerships in the past. I will say as well that this isn’t a reflection of the salesman, who was very chill and easy to talk to. 1-Original trade offer was WAY off the mark, and it concerns me that they would take advantage of people who don’t know how to research the value of their car. Great staff and a very smooth process overall. I had no doubts to begin with but I would go as far to say they exceeded my expectations.
My service advisor, Chad was great. The communication was good and he was trying his best but I would not recommend Nucar as a service center as they only have 4 courtesy vehicles and refused using rental cars or the used cars on their lot. I had to wait 2 weeks without a vehicle before a courtesy vehicle became available which from my perspective is unacceptable.
Great new facility, impressive service area!
