Love this place! Has everything I need and more
She only take returns from people she is friends with. I was not out of her store for five minutes I just wanted a darker color. Her poor lighting is a factor. A young lady that does braids and had hair the night before she let her exchange it with no problem. She gave me a very hard time. The young lady that she was kool with even try to get her to exchange for a different color ( lady that braids hair). She would not. She picks and choose to enforce her policy. My hair stylist even attempted. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.... read more
