Absolutely unhappy. Booked the appointment in the assumption my daughters hair would be layered as they told me thinning out curly hair makes it worse. OK. Paid $35 to have it layered. The hair stylist was literally waxing her own nose hair when we arrived, so gross. Then we sit down to get my daughters hair done. The stylist comments that her shampoo doesn't foam because my daughter doesn't rinse her hair enough. Insult to injury when I'm trying to help my teenager take care of her thick, curly hair as it is.
