This is the absolute worst Bojangles (Monroe,NC by Walmart)...everything was horrible. They gave me a cold and old piece of grilled chicken on a hard bun. It took every bit of 30 minutes to remake. The worst!!

Went through drive-thru and was told to pull forward and they would bring the food out. Waited for ever before finally someone brought the food out. Next time I'm told to pull forward I believe I'll just say I rather wait here . At least then I'll know they won't forget about me.
