Rude! Now I see why the rating is so low. The forget to put food in your bag and when you go in to get the food you paid for they act like you are wanting something for free. Not to include i had to wait 30 min for the food and then all other food was cold by the time I got the food left off. You will always have to go in for your food and never get everything you ordered rather it's Montgomery or Prattville location.
First ever experience with a Bojangles. Will not be back. Ordered a biscuit and gravy and the gravy looked and tasted absolutely disgusting. Wasted my money.
Love this place, worth a visit.
Waited 5 min to get my order taken then another 15 min to get my order when I ordered inside. The sausage was not fully cooked and the egg was very runny. The chicken biscuit was extremely bland. So sad cause we love coming to bojangles when we’re in the south! 😞
