I arrived at 8:20 pm and waited fives minutes to order a two piece snack on my lunch break. I hear movement because the back door is open but no one comes on the intercom. I pulled around at 8:25 pm and wait. A guy in red makes eye contact and keeps walking. A other guy comes to the window and says they’re closed. Mind you, I work nearby and know they don’t close at this time. I ask, since when did the location close early? He says, all we have is chicken. I do not come here often, but in the past year out of the 5 times I've driven to order food there, 3 of the times nobody is in the store, during open hours and I always go roughly right before 9 in the morning. But today sitting in the drivethough waiting for my order to be taken I see a vehicle pull up and 2 employees walk up and unlock the doors and walk in. Absolute joke. Signs say lobby open. Doors locked. Drive thru line wrapped around building. Wait time for food...ridiculous.

Bojangles on Airport Thurway in Columbus GA y'all had y'all first and last chance from me today. I told the drive thru worker that I was missing something from my order. She said ok replace it I told her that my gravy biscuit was cold not even warm she said I don't see how. I won't come back I don't know if y'all read reviews but keep y'all money. Y'all to dead to be getting orders wrong are incomplete, and why is my napkins greasy, why is my cup greasy?
