Order 2 chicken clubs the guy said he didn't know what a club was. Told him cheese and bacon added to a chicken sandwich he said he never heard of it. I said it's on your menu board and I just explained what it is. He then yelled to his coworker if they had any bo filets who replied they were still frozen at 2:30 pm. It is 7:45p and the doors are locked and I see workers in there and no one's even answering the drive-thru. They are just staring at me as I drive by. And as I said before when I tried to go inside to place the order the doors are locked. This is not the first time this place has done this where they seem to do their own schedule and there's no signs or anything. Probably the worst establishment in Columbus.

Update 8/30/2025 I was eagerly anticipating some good chicken, but I was informed that the thighs would take 16 minutes to be ready, which I accepted. However, that 16 minutes stretched to 30, and then someone—who shall remain nameless—dropped a tray of freshly cooked chicken. What a tremendous waste! This incident likely stems from the lack of non-slip work shoes or a blatant disregard for the dress code. Just had the new breakfast burrito. It was great. Very tasty. Cheap too. Under 5 bucks. Could not eat it all
