I was not greeted, the store was messy, however the food was good.
No AC. No carbonation in any of the soda spouts on the fountain. No ice in the fountain either and the drinks were coming out warm. No napkins out in the lobby for patrons. Worker was rude regarding a forgotten order of fries, except for the cashier. The place is literally falling apart and should be closed for repairs/updates so that the employees aren’t miserable at work leading to awful experiences for customers. Don’t waste your time here. The owner of this location should be ashamed.
Placed pickup order in the mobile app at 6:52pm, said pick up at 6:58pm. Entered drive thru line at 7pm. AI voice at speaker asked me if I wanted some deal, I replied "I have a pickup order", it didn't respond. I waited there at speaker for 10 minutes, occasionally saying hello, with no response. Eventually got frustrated and drove around to the window. Said I had a pickup order, the person at the window told me I had to come inside to get it.
