This is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and the restaurant almost never have what you want. Not to mention, they will give you food that’s expired or past to “use by” date.
Came at 5 o'clock am September 3 because I was hungry manager was outside. Had the drive-through blocked and told me they wouldn't be open till six with an attitude. I think that's ridiculous.
Terrible terrible service had me to pull up after i already paid so i had to waited 30 minutes then she came out the back door to tell me she forgot order had me to pull around again to order again so I ask her what did I paid for she had no clue 🙃 never again will I ever go there and also they had rap music blasting loud thats why can't remember what I order
I ordered a blueberry sausage biscuit combo. They gave me my drink and bo rounds and they gave me one biscuit with no sausage on it in a container and said that’s what we paid for and she would not give us our receipt. so we had to go down to the one on Clemson Road just to order me a blueberry sausage biscuit
I was at this location on Sunday, Aug 17th around 10:00am. I wanted orange juice with one meal and half sweet/half unsweet tea with the other. I got to the pick up window and after they swiped my card they told me that they were out of orange juice. I asked for Coke Zero (at this point I hadn't realize that they served Pepsi products). The person at the Drive Thru window said "ok". I watched her fill the cup up with regular Pepsi. I asked if that was Diet Pepsi and she said "yeah". The cup was leaking all over.
