I had 30 minutes for lunch so I ordered online for pick to save time. I get back to my desk and I have a biscuit with ham on it. Now, I will take accountability for trusting that the people were competent enough to read the order. I had an offer for a free chicken sandwich, so why did I receive a ham, egg, and cheese biscuit???? This was at noon, are biscuits just held and given away during lunch hours?? This Bojangles is close to my job so several of us get lunch there quite often. This place really needs help. I have worked in customer service over 30 years. Today in the drive thru for at least 7 minutes saying hello in the speaker before anyone acknowledged me. I ordered and this week they were out of honey mustard. Last week it was ice. Worked in the restaurant business for 28 years, out of something go to the grocery store. They are rude, sarcastic and don't care about their job obviously. Asked for a 2 piece breast dinner. The drive thru attendant literally laughed at me and said “You gotta be kidding me right?”…..”We is about to be closed!”…..This was an hour before closing time…..Went next door to Burger King and was treated like I was their first customer of the day and got everything I asked for
Made us wait longer than the 2 cars ahead, took too long to take the order, took the order wrong even after confirming, attitude at the pay window. Made me pull up to the “front”, whatever that means, and wait an extra 25 mins for some fries and Bo-tatoes. Husband had to go back to the window and cancel the order, when he got met with the rudest attitude and snarkiest comments about how it’s being already bagged. Don’t trust the food obviously, threw it away. My first bojangles experince and my last.
VERY RUDE!! The female at the drive thru never acknowledged that I was sitting there at the window for five minutes. I said hello and her response was wait a minute, well if you would have said one moment please it would've helped. This locations customer service has gone down so fast, and it's a brand new location. So sad
