I continue to have poor experiences at this location. One time I had to wait about 40 minutes for a regular 3 piece surpremes combo, this was made right by a manager on the spot. But tonight I came by at 9:38 and sat in the drive through, then tried the door and it was locked, a young lady (who was dancing and pointing at me) told me they were closed even though they are listed as being open until 10. I realize this is close to closing but still disappointing and frustrating.
In the drive thru over 20 mins. Chicken was hard. Workers were yelling and cussing when I got to the window.
I love the food and ima always be a Bo fan but I can’t keep going there. When I order from there off DoorDash my food don’t be tapped up… and my drink either it’s like the workers don’t care at all how they do your food I just can’t keep doing it. I just feel if I spend my money I should get my food handled with care if the dasher wanna go all in your food and drink they could just do it. Tape my stuff up!!!
