I refuse to give my money to a place that has an AI chatbot taking orders in the drive-thru. Pay a human to do the job like you should be!
This Bojangles is a perfect metaphor for what's wrong with our world today. AI taking your order poorly. No bo rounds fresh at 9:30am. Left out my biscuit. The girl in the window barely spoke. Got half my order and horrible service. I will not return to a Bojangles anywhere until they get a human taking orders again.
The service was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff, and the egg biscuit was great, and I did a special order for the egg. Restaurant was clean and bright.
Be clear that 1 star is for the review, against my better judgement I went to this location… hands down the worst food, environment and the customer service is mediocre but that ice coffee is disgusting!!!! Please close this location, gut it and clean it… establish new management and cooks. The biscuit, the eggs and bacon was cold!!! At 640am never again!!!
