Arrived @2:30 pm, tried to go inside the restaurant to pick up a gift card and order food. Door was locked. Tried several times thinking it was stuck since there were a few cars in the parking lot. Attempted the drive-through, however, no one ever answered me. All I got was a recorded message, multiple times. I left, and as I drove around I saw a girl hanging out of the drive-through window talking to someone in a car. YEARS ago, this location was decent. Sadly, can never count on it.
It was out 1st time at a Bojangles. The food was good. The service was good. I like it when they actually have a conversation with you while you are there. Very hard to find these days.
Food was good and hot and service was fast, friendly staff.
