Friendly staff- sometimes chaotic atmosphere, but they work hard and fast.
What I witnessed at your establishment was not a restaurant but a pit of filth and failure that should never have been allowed to bear the Bojangles name. Every aspect of my visit was an insult. The service was slow to the point of mockery. My order of a four piece Chicken Supremes combo took fifteen minutes and still arrived butchered, the biscuit absent, the fries limp and half cooked, the entire tray reeking of negligence. Very disappointed with this Bojangles on Four Seasons in Hendersonville. Wife ordered a pickup meal online. I get to the drive thru and let them know I’m there to pick it up. We’re talking about 2x leg/thigh combos and 1x kids mac n cheese combo. Not brain surgery. More than 40 minutes later I got what I believed and trusted to be her order. Thus I went home. This place has gone downhill. 0 stars.
I stopped in for Breakfast. I went to the bathroom 1st. It was filthy!!! How at 0615 in the morning? Not just trash on the floor, it was disgusting. If someone's bathroom is dirty, im not eating there!
