Where do i start , chicken dry and old . customer service doesn't exist its like unheard of . AI taking your order yea good luck with that . employees bad attitude all the way to the moon. dont waste your money there . This store is very bad seriously. i use to go there on weekly basis . I have been there three nights in a row, and each time I order has been incomplete through the drive-through. Last night, which would’ve been Tuesday night, I called the Bojangles back and talked to the manager Michael. Who told me to come back on Wednesday at 4 PM and I could pick up my biscuit that was missing in the box. Three trips there at night and my order has not been correct yet. I just had a creature inside that place tell me that if I didn't like waiting 15 minutes for a biscuit in the Drive-Thru that I should eat at home., finally got my food and I just fed it to my dogs because I'm not comfortable with somebody with that attitude handling my food.
