I pre ordered online for a family size rice. Was 10 minutes after the time for pick up. The young lady told me it was being made now. I was there for 20 minutes, asked how to get a refund before she asked my name again and said oh, that's right here, it's been ready. Apparently a big order being done was more important than focusing on the customer IN the building at the moment to get their order straight and complete.
Just waited 23min in the drive thru for a Cajun filet biscuit combo… lady didn’t even say sorry for the wait
I’ve been sitting in line for 30 min and there was only two cars ahead of me when I got here.
Everyone was Phenomenal! So polite & helpful! BEST BoJangles I've ever been to.
