Sat at the drive thru ordering kiosk for several minutes with no response. Only after I spoke up did they let me know that they weren't taking any orders from the drive thru. How long were they going to let me sit there before they let us know. Disrespectful to the customer. Have the common sense to put a sign out. I go to this location frequently and don't usually post bad reviews but felt it was definitely warranted. Do better guys. Not saying I will never go back but another experience like this and I'll stop.
Bojangles used to be the best, however, they have really gone down the drain. Biscuits and fries are always burnt. Staff cusses loudly every time I go. Last time, they ran of macaroni and cheese and didn't even bother to make any more...It was only 5pm. Even the manager, (seen below) yells obnoxiously for his staff to come to him instead of getting up and going to them. Bojangles has my heart, but this location has decreased the quality of food they provide, along with the service. Often times I am missing parts of my order. What is disheartening more than anything is the staff who doesn't bother to greet you at the window or engage in eye contact. They tell you your total and don't respond when you thank them for handing you your meal. They are also out of items on the menu quite frequently.
