Food is good, but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IT IS NEVER READY. Have ordered online for pickup and have waited OVER AN HOUR while they make all the food at the time it should've been picked up. Drive thru is no better. Food is fine, but good luck getting it. And check your order to make sure you got everything. All the fast food chicken places have this same issue around here. Best to go elsewhere if you are hungry.
Lobby not open Wendy's across the street is accommodating and better than this

How in God's name does this dump stay in business. ALWAYS takes 15 - 30 minutes whether ordering in or drive thru. Need to train staff and have adult supervision. This franchisee obiusly doesnt care. Bojangles is a sorry last resort if I am too late for McDonalds or Wenddy's. After today, I simply wont bother.
