I don’t usually leave a review, but it’s not hard to prepare food correctly or to make the food the way it’s supposed to be prepared. The food is old, and cold. You also can’t even put the right amount of tenders in the box. It’s not even worth going back to this location!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and one of the workers used profanity right in front of me and my daughter. I found this completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially with a child present. The food and service were not worth the experience. I hope management addresses the staff’s behavior and takes customer service more seriously. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Ordered Garlic Parmesan Bo bites and got regular ones instead, ordered a family fries and had to substitute it with mac and cheese because they were out of fries apparently, and they did not give me the steak biscuit I ordered at all. It also took around 20 minutes to get the food, even though the line wasn’t that long.
7 people on the clock and only 1 lady doing front. Manger otp and got AirPods in. Decided to help at the end. Other people standing around gossiping & not doing nothing instead of helping the girl. Dude at the window not doing anything. They could’ve helped the girl instead of standing there doing nothing. 0/10 then no one had gloves on and hands touching everyone food.
Walked half a mile to eat here. Got there at 8:30pm they close at 10pm.. well they’re supposed to at least. Got turned away, they were closing 😂 🤦🏻♀ 😡 service and wait times are shitty at best. Biscuits often hard as a brick. I check them now and get a new one before I leave if needed. I hoped after the rebuild the place would improve but it’s the same if not worse.
