Biscuit wasn't good. But, the Bo Rounds were the best I've ever had. Golden brown and crispy.
Well I removed my 5 star to 1 star. The service was terrible when you walk in you don't have a live person taking your order with the Bojangles hospitality now you get a cold greeting with a kiosk with is not user friendly. A man was stand at the register waiting to place a order cause he didn't know how to use the kiosk. The drive thur was slow as heck. I saw people walking out. I will not returni g to this Bo no more............
Horrible service. This used to be my go to bojangles on this side of town. Went in for lunch and ordered a supremes combo and Cajun filet biscuit. Got told after we had ordered and waited for 20 minutes that they were out of both the filets and fry seasoning. When I asked for a refund the employees and manager all caught attitudes. I asked when my refund would be back on my card and they sucked their teeth and said well I don’t know who you bank with as she walked off. Will not come back here at all
Took us an hour after going through the drive through to get the food. Talked to the cashier inside who's only response to if we were getting the food was to whispher i dont know and ignore me. These people should all be fired or they might as well shutdown the place. It was horrible. Just groups of people in and outside waiting on food that would never show.
This got to be THE SLOWEST bojangles ever in life!
