Pulled up to the Drive in speaker to place an order and couldn't understand what the lady was saying due to lots of static. I asked if she could please repeat herself and in an extremely rude tone, she yelled "As I told you the first time, I'm closed" I will never return.
In 3 recent visits to this restaurant, my take out order has been incorrect. Once was missing biscuits, once was a wrong side, and today was 2 missing sides. When I called to report the missing food today I was told to come back and get it. Thanks a lot! Could they at least offer a coupon for a free biscuit for their ineptness?
They cant figure out how to work the register. Eat elsewhere
Exceptional customer service and food. Food was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back to patronize this restaurant.
