Doordashed for bo rounds and others at 6pm, was given soggy fries. 3 weeks ago went through drive thru, myself and 4 other vehicles waited 35 minutes and when asked about the food, they forgot the order. Staff seems beat down. Who is managing this store??? Take better care of your people.
24 minutes in the drive thru for 2 biscuits. Worst service ever people at the window act like they don't want to be there or help people. This restaurant should close permanently. 0 stars food is terrible customer service is worse. The last time I was here I had to wait on the window person to finish a cigarette before I got my food....mgmt should be relieved of their jobs
How is the operator taking orders and nobody comes to the window after 10 mins to even collect payment or anything! At this point just close this location down.
