In my family there's a debate about which is better, Bojangles' or Zaxby's. Personally I think more research is needed! There's a lot to like about Bojangles'. Their prices are very reasonable, and I'm particularly fond of their Cajun Pinto Beans.
I'm a big fan of the chain, but this location had very greasy, slippery floors. It kinda makes you think, "if the part I can see is this dirty...". Anyway, the Cajun Pintos were good as always, and so were the mashed potatoes, and oh yeah, so was the main event - the fried chicken!

It's a treat to visit Bojangles. I especially love their sides. This location was clean and friendly, and the food was every bit as good as we had hoped.
My experience at this location @ 2:15pm this afternoon was pathetic, unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried to order through the drive threw and a voice from the intercom said that it wasn't working and asked me to come in and order at the register. I then parked and went in. I went to the register and nobody was there. I then waited at the pick-up section. Then too young girls started talking to a young black man that had just returned with a cashier tray. Great Food!!! Friendly service fast food best chicken and biscuits around what more can you ask for maybe other than a large tea for a $1 I'm from Alabama and all the stores I visit which is regular have their large teas for $1 that would be about the only change I can see. Thanks guys keep up the good work..

The service at this location is horrible. For a new restaurant you expect slow wait times, but this location is horrible every day, every visit. I have tried multiple visits on different dates/times, but their service is always terrible. They have one worker taking orders and filling the orders, even on race weekend. There was one person in the back cooking and the managers seldom are helping or working. Just over seeing the understaffed crew at work. This is the second time I purchased food here to get home and find my order not complete. This time the food was cold but it states "just the way I like it Hot and Fresh" on the box. The chicken tasted as if it was left over from the lunch hours. I ordered an extra biscuit which cost .99 cent by the receipt but it was missing. This was truly disappointing for the second time and there will not be a third.
