Great food and service is friendly
Got the wrong order in the drive-thru and didn’t receive a receipt, so I couldn’t even show what I actually ordered. The food was cold and dry, and the biscuit was hard. Tried calling the store, but the line stayed busy — couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not what I expect from Bojangles.
