I ordered through the drive thru computer, it said "I am preparing your order." Not sure what that means, I waited a couple minutes. When nothing else happened, I pulled around. The same one car was still at the window as when I pulled in. They finally pulled away. The person at the window appears lost and asks me what I ordered. I tried to give her my order but she can't listen and then enter it, she has to type as I talk, only the window keeps closing. Finally, she gets it entered. Everytime I pre-order it is never ready. I ordered a small side of cole slaw and they in sauce containers. Ordered goney for my biscuits, no honey.
A place to order online. I went to the store to pick it up I was told that I had to wait for some chicken, no problem. I was then told that they had no more macaroni and cheese I was asked if I wanted a substitute and I said no I would like to cancel the order as I really wanted the mac and cheese. The server then went back to the kitchen miraculously found two large macaroni and cheeses.
