Worst BoJangles I’ve ever visited. Took a long time in the line, have to repeat yourself multiple times to the automated order voice machine, the staff missed food from the order, gave push back when addressing the problem & then gave me the smallest tinder known to man & counted it as 1 out of 5 from my chicken supreme 5pcs order.
They made us wait for food and had no other customers. I walked in 5 min later and our food was just sitting on the counter. And they workers were cleaning the building as if they were getting ready to close 3 hours before closing. Chicken sandwich was bare with no pickles or mayo. No silverware for the mashed potatoes. The employees are going to be the reason this location closes. No I’m sorry or anything. They seemed actually annoyed I came to get my food I paid for. Ridiculous
Out of absolutely everything but had plenty of attitude. No sausage, no bo biscuits, no hot sauce, no honey. Slow on their service and walk around doing a whole lot of nothing. The one management that was in there was respectful and doing her job but her employee with a stink attitude was letting her struggle. Every time I visit this location there is a problem with my order. Today, they had me wait for wings. When they brought my wings out to the car, my chicken sandwich was not in the bag!! The fries are not seasoned at all.
