The rude lady at the counter, older black lady, she was racist and argued with my husband when she got our order wrong and called me a liar when even my kids heard the CORRECT order. We love bojangles and frequent them often, this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food I couldn’t believe it was here. Great breakfast. The chicken biscuit is always good.
Unfortunately had to update my review from a few years ago. Two times in a row when I ordered a side of bacon, the container has only had two pieces in it. I go back and ask, and they add a piece each time since a side of bacon is 3 pieces. Prices have increased and service has gotten pretty bad considering I have to go back and ask for the correct amount of food..
