Bojangles is my preferred fast food for chicken, but after waiting an extensive amount of time at another location for fresh chicken, I decided to try this one. Upon entering, there were a few customers ahead of me placing their orders. While waiting, I observed the staff preparing customer orders without wearing gloves, handling utensils and food directly with their bare hands.
