Stopped by this afternoon during the after-church rush. I was getting take-out in the drive-thru. Placed the order, paid, & was asked to wait on the side. I realized I'd been there a while & went inside to asks about it. Apparently they'd either forgotten or my order left with someone else. They took accountability & apologized immediately. Okay whatever male staff yall had working February 24 around 9:16 . He was VERY rude and made it seem like we were inconveniencing him because they were about to close and made the statement that they had 9 bo nuggets, bo-bites or whatever they are called and that they are about to close and they would have to drop another batch.
