STAY AWAY, food cold , order is always wrong, service was better for a short period but now is back to its normal ways
This is the second time I've gone to Bojangles since they implemented AI drive thru. Once again, my order is completely wrong. Human error is excusable but your computer should know better. Absolutely ridiculous that they threw away someone's job for terrible service. Will NOT be back.
Staff is so short handed and untrained it took ***40 MINUTES*** just for them to put our orders in the computer before we could even pay. No manager helped their staff, when asked multiple times by them. They tried charging us extra for things that are included and couldn’t put the orders in correctly multiple times. And this all happened with other customers in line behind us. The staff was trying their best but they just aren’t trained and the manager didn’t help them.
