The last 3 times I went here I ordered fries for my wife because she doesn’t like Borounds. All three times I had to go inside and tell them they gave me borounds instead. This time I decided to try an online order hoping that it would help them get my order right.. my curbside pickup said it was ready on the app but when I got there they told me I had to come inside. TRASH!! They way y'all pissed me off this morning...this shit was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR! I LITERALLY work across the street. Tell me WHY I was 10 min LATE for my job...WORKING ACROSS THE DAMN STREET!! When I got to the drive through at 745am, ordered at 747am, and got to the window at 755 only to be pulled up because they were waiting on the steak biscuit I ordered, bo-sized combo. Don’t come here. Staff is rude and inattentive; they made zero effort to tend to us, and the cashier appeared to be dumbfounded by a relatively simple order. One employee felt it necessary to announce that it was his last day as he obnoxiously lurched across the room in front of customers. Employees were not welcoming and did not seem interested in educating themselves on basic decorum and how to carry themselves. Very disappointing.
