Business around 8:30 ish seems to have lights off and not able to see if they are open not sure why
This is by far the WORST bojangles I’ve ever been to. I spent $30 on cold food that looks like it’s been sitting all day. I didn’t go back cause I didn’t want to argue with people who look like they couldn’t care less. Just close this location down, the people working there are disrespectful for serving working people this mess.
There is a gentleman named Quan who has excellent customer service skills, my order was filled, correct and complete in a matter of minutes. I am very pleased to see the awesome turnaround since this new crew took over servicing this restaurant. Oh..yeah they are very pleasant customer oriented.
Consistently terrible service, insanely long wait times, and surly staff. Management needs to be replaced.
Tip: Go to the Bojangles on Laurens Rd at Woodruff Rd. The service, quality, and atmosphere are all better there. The staff here is lazy and under-trained - and everything suffers because of it. Brown standing water in the lobby, with three employees sitting around it, not bothering to clean it up? Check. Menu items not available? Check. Missing items from my order and a nasty attitude from the staff when trying address the issue? Check. Cold, stale, way over-salted food? Double check.
