once again, i'm disappointed by the service at this bojangles. waited 15+ minutes for my CURBSIDE order and ended up having to go inside. why do you have a curbside option if customers have to go inside to get the order? we didn't get our tea or biscuits either.
My food is burnt. Also when did the sides of mashed potatoes become so small?? EDIT: drove back to ask for a new biscuit and chicken. 6:22PM. Was told it would be 20 minutes and to "go sit down". I'd prefer to stand and not tossed in a corner, thanks. This is how they treat military families? Final EDIT: 7:45PM. Got the fresh food, it was good
