I went in expecting good food and decent service, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. The customer service was completely unprofessional — the staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they didn’t care at all. My order took a long time, and when it finally came out, it was cold and missing items. This has to be the worst Bojangles around their slow and you’ll be lucky if they get it right 1/10 times no one cares their favorite thing to say is “I don’t know I just work here” it took a good 20-25 mins to get my curbside order after they said it would be ready at 6:33. At this point they should just close the whole location it’s been like this for year with no sign of getting any better

We had a catering order put through for a work event. The order was correct and packaged very nicely. The staff were quick to help me and ensure my order was correct, as well as making sure I had all the utensils, cream and sugar, and anything else that we needed. Everything was hot and fresh. Our staff enjoyed the breakfast!
