Beware of the Bojangles drive thru AI 🤖 bait & switch upcharges! I ordered a #2 Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit breakfast combo today, which was advertised at $7.39. The AI ordering bot politely asked, “Would you like that medium or large?” Naturally, I assumed those were the only two options available, so I chose medium, figuring that was probably the standard combo size. My husband went and got himself dinner they surcharges him for bo.sized gave small then when he went back instead of the manager trying to do what they need to to fix the problem they blamed the electronic system when they can hear the orders and had an attitude will not be back everything they get something wrong or miss something but this ensured we won't be back.
