Last three times I've visited this store I've not received all that I paid for. Today I checked my order wrong again the young lady wanted to argue make excuses and then blamed the manger. Last time for me
Great food and service.
When visiting the Piedmont bojangles on 86, they did not have half gallons which I wanted. When I asked the manager Flynn for a full refund, she said bojangles doesnt ever do refund and she cant do it. When I asked who could, she tried pressuring me into taking my food, leaving the drinks I paid for, and buying drinks at the qt next door instead of at the bojangles. I paid 60$ and have not gotten a cent back. I came back the next day and was told again nobody was there to do my refund. I live 40 minutes away in simpsonville ... read more
