Visit date: 2/7/2026 Time: 4:42 PM Check #: 30552 As I was preparing to turn into the Bojangles, a white pickup truck with a Screw It decal sticker rushed forward and aggressively forced its way in front of me. The driver was clearly exerting a lot of energy to be noticed. To avoid any issues, I circled around the building to allow time for another vehicle to get behind that truck. Got a tailgate special....what. Joke....the manager brought it to the car...she was wearing a shirt that looked like it wasn't washed in a month or more...and had an attitude 8mat h. She told me that she forgot to season the food but put 2 seasoning packets in the box...not sealed not sanitary...just nasty,.. like her attitude...if I wanted to prepare my meal I could have done it at home...no apologies no coupon no have a nice day.... Nothing but bad service.bad food and bad attitude...and dirty and nasty

The absolute best Bojangles that I've ever been to. The food was fresh and I mean fresh. All of it steaming hot at 730pm. The staff is amazing and kind. Smiles all around and eager to make your stay pleasurable. The restaurant was super clean and the attendant even tried to throw my trash away for me. Of course I wouldn't let her lol. They're that nice and attentive. Thank you for showing how fast food can have a great touch of humanity instead of like most places, where it's robotic. You guys and gals rock. Brought my family in for a dinner meal, the service was great, the atmosphere was quiet relaxing very little noise. Think she was a food, I ordered the fish combo meal that tartar sauce had no taste to it barely any in the fries were horrendous cold old and soggy. I sent replaced them with coleslaw and the container was barely 1/2 full 😒🙈 on the positive note the coleslaw was on point and flavorful ❤️👍

Went tonight ordered extra seasoning got zero seasoning, ( it was even on the screen I made sure) and it made the fries inedible. I couldn’t go back in to ask for seasoning because they closed the lobby and the drive thru was so backed up I had to leave. This is one of many times they didnt read my order correctly before I left a review. This specific location just doesn’t seem to care.
