Came to Bojangles this morning really wanting a chicken biscuit and hot fries, well not only did I have to wait in the drive thru for 28 mins, my food was cold. The money you pay is terrible compared to the value of the food and service. Stay away
Sitting in the drive through for 45 mins. Food was wrong, missing drinks, and still waiting.
I can’t rate this Bojangles more than 3 star. It’s a take out or eat in nothing fancy about places like these.
Got my order wrong. Instead of three piece - two thighs and one leg, they gave me three legs. Came back today, they got my order wrong again. Left off one of my sides.
Tuesday morning 7-15-2025 I walked in with 4 kids at 5:30am, was greeted by a young black gentleman, and I swear, this was the greatest dining experience I have ever had!! There was another young black man in the kitchen with braids, those were the only 2 employees I seen, but they both had smiles on their faces and really carried themselves like God loving gentlemen. THANK YA'LL
