Rarely these days does someone get to write a 5 Star Review, but this was very deserving! All of the employees here were on top of their games from the moment I walked in especially since I wasn't just ignored like at other Fast Food restaurants. Every single person behind the counter walked up to make sure I had been waited on, not just the person who took my order because she "had to". Fries were old and greasy Tea had grounds at bottom of cup. Worse experience ever and it has just been going downhill. Never again
Today, the sweetest young lady took my card and handed me my food. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was negative. Photo of the seasoned fries I received with my order. They served me the last little fiddly bits. The cajun filet sandwich - took one bite and it felt like I was biting through leather. The coffee was okay...very dark and thicker than I am used to. Tossed the fries bits and cajun filet biscuit. Unfortunately most Bojangles locations in the area have become like this. Lesson learned.
I'm born and raised in Bojangles country. The quality has went to crap! The staff (I don't care which one you go to..all the same) has no passion! They treat you beyond shitty! Y'all are lucky to be open.
