This is by far the worst Bojangles in the area. There is one employee in particular who has the nastiest attitude and is extremely unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with her. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she became loud, disrespectful, and treated me like I didn’t matter as a customer. I will be following up with the area manager and requesting that the security cameras be reviewed so they can see exactly how this situation was handled. Biscuits ARE ALWAYS either doughy & undercooked, overcooked …..or both 🤮
How come when it's not busy, I still end up getting my order wrong. They should be having everything ready to go and no need for customers to ask what there missing. Trust me I have a high tolerance time to time but people in kannapolis would not tolerated this bullshit.
