Terrible experience!! This is the second time I have been to this location in the last 2 weeks and both times have been terrible . Employees have an awful attitude, my order has been wrong both times and the food was pretty cold. I know the weekends are busy but there is still no excuse . I will not be coming back to this location. Please consider re training staff on what customer service actually means ( from someone who has been In this industry for over 10 years )
Did a mobile order. Did the "arrive" option on the email that was sent and waited 45 minutes, eventually just going inside to see what was up. They finally asked what order I was waiting on and turns out they never made it. Also, out of legs. I literally could have made fried chicken from scratch in the time i waited there. If you're looking for quick and easy look somewhere else
Waited 10 minutes for fries. I didn't look in my bag before pulling away. They gave me red beans and rice instead with hard pieces of chicken! What a waste!
I came with my grandparents to eat inside about a week ago and the girl taking out order was rude, she had no emotion at all and wouldn’t even say yes ma’am or no sir. Then today I ordered DoorDash from here and the fries were stale. I paid 2 dollars to get cheese on both of my gravy biscuits, which weren’t in there. I then also had no straws in my bag for my drinks.
Sausage biscuit and coffee my favorite. Iscuits are not dry , sausage is very flavorful . Coffee is mild , not bitter. Service is ok
