They always have fast and friendly service and the food is hot and fresh. I think their chicken is more flavorful than their competitors’.
Trying a bojangles out of state really made me appreciate this one. The chicken tenders were fresh and I know they are hand made. The one out of state I went to down south tasted as if the chicken tenders were pre-made and frozen, also much smaller in size. I love that Bojangles makes their ranch from scratch as well! I've never had issues here.
I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I ordered the #14, and by the next day I had what appeared to be food poisoning. It was an awful experience, and I ended up feeling extremely sick with severe stomach pain. Based on my experience, I won't be coming back. I hope the restaurant takes food safety seriously so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
