The best experience I’ve had at Bojangles in a long time! The place was nicely decorated and had a fresh look compared to other locations. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and I was in and out really quickly.
Worst drive thru experience I've ever had. Unqualified employees with zero consideration for the customer. I'll never go back
Wish I could put 0. Never even got food. Just stank attitude from drive through worker after their AI didn’t work for drive through. I emailed them when I got the automated response on my review but it’s all for show. Still no response from their customer service.
