My husband, Frank, is an Uber driver and dropped off a kind employee today (9/20/25). However, he went in to use the restroom after asking her if it would be okay if he could, to which she responded yes. When we went to use the restroom there were keypads that locked the doors so he asked the employee to unlock the door. I love Bojangles but do something with the people who work there. This is the second time they do not give my all order and i pay full price
If I could give a negative feedback I would this place is a joke and the staff is so damn rude. Get mad cause you didn't do your job the right way. Won't ever come back to this location ever again.
No napkins. Tables were filthy. Bathrooms were trash. This restaurant could use a turnover.
