Not the best experience, No sausage, weren’t allowed to use the bathrooms while several workers were standing at the door telling you, you couldn’t come inside. Filets were cold, biscuits cold, no senior discount which was a first at Bojangles. It seemed to be a tough day for the crew at this restaurant. The girl working the drive thru was great even in the midst of the other things not being as expected. Likely won’t stop here again.
This Bojangles is absolutely the worst restaurant that I have been to. Cashier handed me a drink in the lid, popped off, and I got drinks all over me. I asked for a napkin. Cashier rudely told me that there was napkins in the bag and I requested more. She threw the napkins in to my car and called me rude I asked to speak to the manager the manager did not sincerely apologize for her actions. Yeah, don't go to this Bojangles.They overcharge and they are very rude. They tell you they don't get the same shipment of chicken as the other Bojangles, and the chicken is extremely small for the same price of the other ones. Go to the Bojangles of Santa Fe. Very friendly and regular sauce, chicken wings.
