So I’m going to start with I love Bojangles, I’ve eaten it my entire life. I have never had a bad experience, foods always delicious consist. It’s a comfort food for me! Now this particular one I have had nothing but issues, I’ve lived in the area for about a year now and on several occasions I’ve eaten in and take out. What a difference a great manager makes. I ordered the food at the counter and the person working there took my order, but the manager overheard what I was telling her and made the order exactly the way I wanted it thank you so much and I got the food quickly and it was great.!
Ordered 8 piece family meal the pint of potatoes was about half full and the pint of slaw had only enough for 1 person. You eat at these places cause you don't have time to cook and still have to go home and cook. UPDATE. Thought I'd give it another try. 4 months later the same issue happened again. I've come to realize the people that work there are to lazy to do more than one scoop
The manager Pam is a real sad person very disrespectful the way she talks to the coworker's an how she talks to other's about the coworker's an how she's very rude to customer's I don't know how or why she's a manager....
This place is a JOKE very poor service slow waited 15 minutes for my order,this was inside,people after me got there orders. This order was for take out,when I did get to eat it had HAIR in my biscuit. They let my food sit in a bag not under the heat lamps..... WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE THE EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE
