Took literally over 30 full minutes to get our food from the drive thru. When my husband went in to see where our food was, the tickets were being served backwards. People who just ordered got their food immediately and people who ordered 10-40 minutes ago were in a waitlist to even have our food made. We are never going to Bojangles again. Even to order the food took forever as they kept forgetting or not hearing what we said as the workers all just talked with eachother snd didnt hear our order the first 2 times.
It took forever to get served...when i did it was done with an attitude. The chicken was cold and do was the sides. Never again. I knew jack Fulk...the man who created bojangles.....he'd be very disappointed.
I wouldn’t recommend this location. The service was slow and horrible, the restaurant appeared unclean, and despite the wait, my food was cold.
