This was my first time visiting this particular Bo'Jangles. My food was fresh and piping hot. The employees were polite and patient.
Customer service is garbage. You can always tell when younger teams work and when older ones do. However there is an older dark skin manager female that always seems to have an attitude. Today, a little girl name Brandy took my order and was so dismissive, didn't even bother to say have a nice day. You all really need to work on customer service, and make sure you're not overlooking your fries and biscuits at that. I went through the drive through order cajun filet biscuit with no rounds and I did want the large grits so I noticed it was missing you would think the manager shaquitta would of been nice nope she started raising her voice at Me and being rude once I told her why she doing that she wanted to say she don't have an attitude loudly I said I'm not disrespecting I'm trying to see if the grits part of the combo or I need to order Bo round she going to say she is the sweet manager there the other ones are mean she didn't hand me ... read more
I don't usually post reviews for fast food but the customer service was wonderful. Restaurant was clean and all the employees very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and fresh. Shaquita at the register was great!
