The night shift has a nasty disposition, especially the tall guy with ombre dreads. Just nasty and funky looking.
This is by far the worst Bojangles I've been to. I was served RAW chicken. And when I tried to explain the situation and simply replace it, I was met with a mind blowing amount of confrontation - including the manager shouting at me across the kitchen for no reason (I was in the drive through). Pretty shocked and disgusted by the entire experience. Will not be returning. Oh, and I was also overcharged for that meal as well.
I went to this Bojangles yesterday morning for breakfast. They were rinsing off all the Pollen off people cars waiting in the drive thru. I love it. Now that's excellent customer service. Thank you. The food was fresh and good too.
