After ordering my food through the drive thru, my order was giving to someone else and I was charged for someone elses order. Realizing this issue they tried to not show me my receipt in order to hide their mistake. It took way more extra time for them to correct the payment issue as well and remaking my order. Once I've received my "fixed" I got back home and found that was not given the right amount a food it was poorly prepared.
There is never any tea or ice in the dining room. An employee was seated in the dining room the whole time I was there having my meal. This employee was on their phone watching videos with the volume turned up so loud that everyone could hear.
I always like the dine in treatment at this bojangles. They always greet you with smiles. Some younger people here forgot to smile. But its better than many bojangles.
