Went to pick up an online order, lobby was closed had to go thru the drive. Not a problem, took 10 min to get to the window, couldn't be helped. Got to the window, told to pull up and wait. 15 min passed, went back through the drive through. Still not ready, at this point I'm staying put until I get the food. Got the food 2 min later, just about 30 min after my pick up time and 20 new orders rolling thru the drive through
Picked up an online order, had to wait 20+ minutes after my pickup time to finally get my order. Despite the chicken tenders being fresh out of the fryer (the apparent cause of the delay) they were still dry and overcooked. And the BoBerry biscuits, which are the main reason I even step foot inside a Bojangles (since we don't have any within 100 miles of where I live and only can get them while on vacation) were absolutely rock hard and tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp at least 2-3 days. Waited at the drive thru, could see several employees sitting inside. The car in front of mine pulled away after I waited, no one ever took my order.
It was great. 2 people couldn't eat no better.
