Waited at the drive thru, could see several employees sitting inside. The car in front of mine pulled away after I waited, no one ever took my order. Will not be back.
The food is normally better than I received today. Biscuits had a doughy texture to them. This of course effects the flavor of everything on the biscuits
We waited 20 minutes for the food only to get it cold. The drain under the pop machine and sweet tea was dirty dirty dirty with what looked liked beginning stages of mold.
Great food, if they have it. They are always always out of so much. They also forget alot of the order. I never post but I go here regularly. It's my favorite chicken place but I'm so disappointed with the constant mess ups I'm no longer coming back :( last night my husband and I got a 5 PC strip box to split for dinner. This was my first time trying this place with my boyfriend and kids, he’s familiar with Bojangles and even he said it was the worst one he’s ever tried. They were rude, didn’t make ANYTHING the right way and overall was a waste of feeding 4 people. I’m surprised this place even has good reviews.
